What emails does LaceUp send?

LaceUp emails players about their tournament registrations, emails staff invitations, and sends the links for confirming an account and resetting a password.

• Tournament registrations: a confirmation, a note that payment is still needed, a waitlist notice, and a message when a waitlisted team is promoted.
• Staff invitations, with the link to join.
• League registrations do not send an email yet.

Who do the emails come from?

They come from LaceUp's sending address, with your organization's name as the sender name.

Where do replies go?

A reply to a registration email goes to the email in the Contact section of your published home page. A reply to a staff invitation goes to the person who sent it.

• Until your home page has a Contact email, replies to registration emails go to LaceUp's inbox.
